We have been waiting for this day for a long time! Jackson's first family vacation! My family has always taken trips together in the summers with everyone (parents, grandparents, cousins) so I am used to big family vacations, but this was the first for Jackson. Here we are getting ready for our week long adventure....
Jackson was so curious about the luggage, he decided to sit and stay awhile!
With 7 people going, we needed a U-Haul for our luggage and the guys' golf clubs! I think I packed everything we owned since we had the U-Haul, including Jackson's stroller (the big one with the compartments for holding our shopping bags), Jackson's booster seat, the Pack-n-Play...every outfit he owns! We were so excited to take our new car to Branson. It held all 7 of us very nicely!
We left around 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, and stopped for a late breakfast at a McDonald's with a playground for my two boys! Tommy had to get his wiggles out, too!
